If you think we might have missed your bin, and it was out for collection by 6am on your bin day, fill in your details below.
Once we receive your information we will check vehicle footage to ensure your bin was out when our vehicle serviced your street.
If your bin was out at time of service, we will return within 2 business days to empty, so please leave it out for us.
If your bin was not out at time of service, we will not return and will contact you to advise.
